Ensuring the best possible solution
To give you the best experience possible during the course of a project, Orange Peel Interactive uses a structured approach to each and every project. Essentially, it is a creative process structured along marketing and project management goals. This process contains four different phases:
Groundwork
This is the discovery phase. It commences as soon as your enquiry is sent and ends when we begin your actual project. During this phase, the most important goal for us is to collect information. This means that during initial meetings, we will be giving you many questions.
Most importantly, however, we will listen as to exactly what you would like out of the project. We wish to know aspects of the project such as a few of the following:
- What point are you trying to get across?
- Who is your target market?
- What is your competitive environment like?
- How have you incorporated industry best practices into your company or organization?
- What goals would you like to attain with this project?
We realize that some of the questions we will ask you are difficult. Yet, they are extremely important as they allow us to get to the fundamental concept of the particular project. Consequently, this allows us to deliver you the best end result.
After we obtain all the information from you that we need, we commence our own research and project planning. Armed with the information you have provided us, we can mold the best potential solution for you. At the end of this phase, we present you with a comprehensive proposal that outlines our exact recommendations.
Strategy
Once you have agreed to our proposal, the project will begin to take off. Although we already have all the information that we need, we still ensure that we keep up with trends in your competitive environment and target market.
Our project team comes together in order to establish different potential creative solutions that will attain the goals you previously set out for us. We analyze each idea, pick the best one(s), and produce them. At this point, we show you the progress and either move ahead with your pick or make any adjustments that you would like to see.
This phase effectively shapes the architecture for the project. Once you sign off on a design or concept for the project, we begin to actually produce it in our execution phase.
Execution
Once the design and concept have been completely locked in, we initiate the development of the project. During this phase, your project fully comes to life and your vision will be realized. As we progress in the development, it will become functional while we make sure that everything meets the Orange Peel Interactive high standard of quality.
While nearing completion of this phase, our team does a comprehensive evaluation of the usability of the project. Once all our internal requirements have been met, the project is staged for launch.
Launch
The first steps before you are contacted for final approval and training, consist of one final run-through and test of the entire project. Our goal is to deliver you a flawless product.
Once we feel it is ready, we present you with any suggestion as to how to launch the product most successfully and any potential future points to keep in mind.
When you have evaluated the finished product and give us the word, we send the product out into the world. If you so choose, this can be done right along with any potential advertising.
